It was previously announced that Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt will star opposite Ram Charan in the film.

Putting an end to all speculations, the makers of the upcoming Ram Charan and Jr NTR starrer RRR unveiled the name of the female lead who will be paired with Jr NTR, on Wednesday.

Western theatre artiste, Olivia Morris will be seen playing the female lead opposite Jr NTR.

“Welcome aboard #OliviaMorris @OliviaMorris891! We are happy to have you play the female lead #JENNIFER. Looking forward for the shoot. #RRRMovie #RRR,” reads the tweet from the film’s official handle.

Olivia Morris is an English actor who formerly attended the Royal Welsh College of Music & Drama.

Along with this announcement, the makers of the film also revealed that actor Ray Stevenson would be portraying the role of the main antagonist in the film.

“#RayStevenson, it’s a pleasure to have you play the lead antagonist #SCOTT in #RRRMovie. Can't wait to begin shooting with you. #RRR. @tarak9999 #RamCharan @ssrajamouli @RRRMovie @DVVMovies,” reads the tweet. 

Along with Ray Stevenson, actor Alison Doody will also be playing a pivotal negative character.

There are immense expectations from RRR as it is director SS Rajamouli’s first release following the massive success of the Baahubali franchise. The film is said to take place in the pre-independence era and is reportedly about freedom fighters.

Bollywood actor Alia Bhatt has been signed up to play the female lead opposite Ram Charan.

According to reports, Ram Charan will be playing Alluri Seetharamaraju and Jr NTR will be playing the role Komaram Bheem in the film. The film also stars Ajay Devgn, Sanjay Dutt, Samuthirakani and Varun Dhawan. 

On the technical crew roped in for the project, we hear that MM Keeravani is on board for the music. KK Senthil Kumar is handling the cinematography with A Sreekar Prasad roped in for editing. RRR is being bankrolled by DVV Dhanayya under his banner DVV Entertainments on a budget of Rs. 300 crores. The film will release in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.
