Raai Laxmi aka Lakshmi Rai will soon be seen as Cinderella. The gorgeous actor is playing the main lead in a heroine-centric flick which is being directed by debutant Vinod Venkatesh. On the launch of the first look of Cinderella, Raai Laxmi tweeted:

Touted to be a horror thriller, it will have elements of fantasy, emotion and sentiments included as well making it a multi-genre film. The actor will appear in three different get-ups in this flick. Cinderella is being bankrolled by SS Productions.
Raai Laxmi also has another heroine-centric film in her kitty titled Jhansi. In this Kannada movie, she will be seen playing a police officer and the story will be woven around on her. Sources close to the actor say that she was impressed with the storyline right from the start that she did not think twice over inking the deal. The shooting of this film is on and Raai Laxmi will be seen doing some daredevilry stunts for which she underwent special martial arts training.
Raai Laxmi currently has two Malayalam films in her kitty which are in different stages of production. Her last film to release in Mollywood was Oru Kuttanadan Blog and Arabian Safari has reached the post-production mode. She has the Untitled Mohanlal - Bhadran film as well which will start rolling soon. Apart from the Malayalam films, Raai Laxmi has a couple of Tamil projects as well. Both Neeya 2 and Yaar are currently in the making and its release dates are likely to be announced soon.
