As the assembly elections got under way in Tamil Nadu, many celebrities were among the first to cast their votes. Tamil Nadu which is celebrity crazy has seen many Kollywood stars and directors since morning exercise their voting rights.

They are also appealed the other to exercise franchise.

Superstar Rajinikanth, Kamal Haasan and Ajith Kumar were among the early birds at the polling booths.
