To ease the hassle of transport for revelers, the Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation has decided to extend the operation of Big-10 services from 10.30pm to 2.00am for New Year's Eve, the Times of India reported.
For those seeking to travel by BMTC buses, the routes are as follows:
G-1: MG Road Metro Station to Kadugodi Bus Stand
G-2: MG Road Metro Station to Sarjapura
G-3: Brigade Road to Electronic City
G-4: Brigade Road to Bannerghatta National Park
G-6: MG Road Metro Station to Kengeri, KHB Quarters
G-7: MG Road Metro Station to Janapriya Town Ship
G-8: MG Road Metro Station to Nelamangala
G-9: MG Road Metro Station to Yelahanka Upanagara
G-10: MG Road Metro Station to RK Hegade Nagara
G-11: MG Road Metro Station to Bagalur
G-12: MG Road Metro Station to Hoskote
Apart from these routes plying from MG Road and Brigade Road, BMTC buses will also ply from Mantri Mall Metro Station to Kempegowda Bus Station and MG Road till 2.00am for the convenience of commuters, the report added.
Also, the Metro services between MG Road and Baiyappanahalli stations, and Mantri Square to Nagasandra, have been extended till 2.00 am. The train frequency will, however, be 30 minutes, Bangalore Mirror reported.
