The teaser looks promising and has managed to live up to the expectations.

Within hours of its release, the teaser has clocked 3 million views. The teaser explains the title MCA, which is the acronym for ‘Middle-Class Abbayi’. Abbayi in Telugu, translates to boy.

Nani plays the lead role in this movie with Premam actor Sai Pallavi, who rose to fame through Fidaa, as his female lead.

Directed by Venu Sree Ram, MCA is produced by Dil Raju under his banner Sri Venkateswara Creations. Music for this film has been composed by Devi Sri Prasad. The star cast of the film also comprises Bhumika Chawla, Naresh and Aamani in important roles.

Expectations are high on MCA as two of Nani’s films - Nenu Local and Ninnu Kori – which was released earlier this year have turned out to be good hits.

One of the bankable stars in the Telugu film industry, Nani began his career in 2008 with Ashta Chamma and had acted in movies such as Ala Modalaindi, Eega, Janda Pai Kapiraju, and Yevade Subramanyam. He had also acted in a number of Tamil films like Veppam and Aaha Kalyanam.

Nani has a slew of films in his kitty right now including the Tamil film Palaandu Vaazhga Films in which he will be making a cameo appearance and Krishnarjuna Yudhamin Telugu in which he plays the lead role.

Sai Pallavi had made her acting debut with Dhaam Dhoom in 2008 and shot to limelight for her role in the cult classic Premam in 2015. Her latest Telugu movie Fidaa, which released on July 21 this year was a mega hit as well. All these factors make MCA one of the most anticipated films of the year.
