It is known that Naga Chaitanya’s character in the upcoming film Savyasachi is inspired by the character of Arjuna in Mahabharata. The actor plays an ambidextrous in the movie, which means he can use both his left and right hands with equal ease. This ability of his will paves way for lots of funny incidents and Savyasachi will be a complete laugh riot, we hear.

Naga Chaitanya’s look as Arjuna was unveiled recently and has been well received by the audience. From what we hear through sources, he will be appearing in this mythological get-up for close to 5 minutes and it will be a laugh riot with comedian Vennela Kishore joining him in the antics. This particular scene in Savyasachi will be known as ‘Subadra Parinayam’ and will be an important one to the storyline, say sources.

Directed by Chandoo Mondeti, the film marks his second time association with Naga Chaitanya with their first being the Premam remake.

Naga Chaitanya is paired opposite Nidhi Agarwal in this action-packed entertainer. R Madhavan and Bhumika Chawla will be seen in important roles in it as well. The film is bankrolled by Mohan Cherukuri, Ravi Shankar Yalamanchi and Naveen Yerneni under the banner Mythri Movie Makers and its technical crew includes MM Keeravani for music composition, J Yuvaraj for cinematography, Venkateswara Rao Kotagiri for editing, S Rama Krishna and Monika Niggotre for art direction, and Ram and Lakshmi Chella for stunt choreography.

The trailer of the film was released a few days ago and has received positive response. With Savyasachi due for release on November 2, fans are waiting eagerly for it. Its theatrical rights have been sold out in the two Telugu states – Andhra and Telangana. The rights have been picked up for a whopping Rs 9.5 crore, say sources. Also, the rights in Karnataka has been sold for a good price.
