Allu Arjun’s Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India will be out in theatres on May 4 this year and the team is gearing up to meet this deadline.

Earlier, the plan was to release it on April 27 but with the Rajinikanth starrer Kaala taking up that date, Naa Peru Surya had to opt for a week later to avoid a clash. This way, the film also averted a clash with the Mahesh Babu starrer Bharat Ane Nenu.

The latest buzz about the film is that its Tamil version will be released simultaneously. Titled En Per Surya En Naadu India, the film will hit the marquee on May 4, confirm sources. Known to be a perfectionist, Allu Arjun will be dubbing for the Tamil version. Incidentally, the star was born and brought up in Chennai, which makes him proficient in Tamil. Penning the dialogues and lyrics of the Tamil version would be Pa Vijay and he has begun the task already to meet the deadline.

The crew left to the United States for a song shoot in which Allu Arjun and Anu Emmanuel will be participating. The shooting for the song will commence on March 21.

Recently, Swedish-Greek actress Elli AvrRam was brought on board to shake a leg for a special dance number. The actress revealed, “I am a huge fan of Allu Arjun’s dancing and I was thrilled to be featured alongside him in the film. You won’t see him dance much in this song though. It’s not an item song that caters to a certain audience. I had to work on my expressions as well.”

In Naa Peru Surya, Allu Arjun plays a soldier; he underwent special training in the US to get into the skin of the character. Directed by ace writer Vakkantham Vamsi, the film stars Allu Arjun and Anu Emmanuel in the lead roles. Incidentally, this is Vamsi’s directorial debut.

The star cast also includes Arjun Sarja, R Sarathkumar and Thakur Anoop Singh in pivotal roles. Vishal-Shekhar have scored the music for this venture with Rajeev Ravi cranking the camera and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao editing it.

Naa Peru Surya is bankrolled by Sirisha Lagadapati, Sridhar Lagadapati, Bunny Vasu, Sushil Choudhary and K Nagendra Babu under the banner Ramalakshmi Cine Creations.
