Blogger Alvin Lim recently uploaded a video of a man saving a three-year-old girl hanging from the ledge of a building in Singapore. The man in the video has been identified as Shanmuganathan, a migrant worker from Chennai, by The Straits Times. In the video, reportedly taken by a friend of Lim's, Shanmuganathan is seen rescuing the baby girl whose head got stuck in between the rails.  According to the report by The Straits Times, Shanmuganathan was repairing the roads nearby the building when the incident took place. He rushed to the spot and helped the toddler climb up.
