Three-year-old Declan from Halifax, Canada, had his first brush with the law recently. He parked his toy bike illegally in a space for which he was given a parking ticket. Declan's father took a picture of the incident which has gone viral. Remember, no motorcycle parking in the circle by the ferry terminal. He added that they wanted to show the different sides of the men in uniform and that contrary to what people may think, they too like to have fun at times. "We are not always the ones making arrests and hauling people away. We are normal like everybody else and we do like to have fun," he told the channel.
