The release date of Manju Warrier’s next film Prathi Poovankozhi is out officially. The film’s main protagonist, Manju Warrier, announced online that it would hit the marquee on December 20th. She wrote on her social media page: “For all those good hearts who have been requesting to write the content in English too, this is the first look poster announcement of my new movie #PrathiPoovanKozhi directed by #RosshanAndrrews. We are joining hands once again after my comeback film #HowOldAreYou. Our first look poster will be out on the 20th! Thanks for the love!”

Well, it is now certain that the film has joined the Christmas release race. Rosshan Andrrews is directing the film with Gokulam Gopalan bankrolling it under his banner. The technical crew of this film includes Unni R, who has written it, G Balamurgan for cinematography, Jyotish Shankar for art direction, and Gopi Sunder for music. Manju Warrier is playing the main role in Prathi Poovankozhi. Interestingly, the actor’s comeback film, How Old Are You? was also directed by Rosshan Andrrews.

Manju Warrier recently wrapped up the shooting of Kayattam. It is a film about mountaineering. Besides bankrolling the film, Manju is also playing the lead role in it. She had released the first look poster of Kayattam online and it is already going viral among the netizens. 

Sanal Kumar Sasidharan is wielding the megaphone for this venture with Manju Warrier co-producing it along with Shaji Mathew and Aruna Mathew. Apart from donning the director’s robes, Sanal Kumar has also penned the script and is in charge of the editing and sound designing. The technical crew comprises Chandru Selvaraj for camerawork and Ratheesh Eettillam for editing. Kayattam is in the post-production mode right now and is expected to be out at the theatres on December 6.
