Gopi Sunder is composing music for this film with Binod Pradhan cranking the camera and A Sreekar Prasad editing it. Kayamkulam Kochunni is made on a budget of Rs. 45 crore and is the most expensive Malayalam film to be made till date.

Besides this film, Nivin also has the Geetu Mohandas directorial Moothon needing his attention. The shooting of this film is currently underway.
