The official trailer of the Mahesh Babu starrer Bharat Ane Nenu is out and has set the expectation levels much higher than what it was earlier. The two-minutetrailer with the caption ‘Journey of Bharat’ gives an understanding of Bharat’s (Mahesh Babu) journey from a student to Chief Minister.
A pre-release fan event called Bharat Bhairanga Sabha was held at Hyderabad's LB Stadium with Jr NTR as a Chief Guest.
Speaking at the event, Mahesh Babu thanked Jr NTR for accepting their invitation. He further added “When Siva said my character is a Chief Minister, I was a little afraid in the beginning. It is because I always stay away from politics. But I was quite inspired by his story. I think this is my finest performance ever and I’ll cherish the experience of being part of this project".
This is the first time he is playing such a role and his fans are excited to catch him in action. He plays a youth with social responsibilities which urge him to contest the elections and take over as the Chief Minister of the state.
Mahesh Babu, as the Chief Minister, looks stylish as ever, which is another reason to look forward to the film’s release. Earlier, the plan was release Bharat Ane Nenu on April 27 but with the makers of the Rajinikanth starrer Kaala taking up that slot, it will now release a week earlier on April 20.
Starring Mahesh Babu in the title role, Bharat Ane Nenu will mark the debut of Bollywood actor Kiara Advani in Tollywood. She shot to fame for her role in MS Dhoni: The Untold Story in which she was seen as Sakshi Singh Dhoni.
The others in the star cast include R Sarathkumar, Prakash Raj, Rama Prabha, Devaraj, Aamani, Sithara, Posani Krishna Murali, Devadas Kanakala P Ravi Shankar and Jeeva.
Directed by Koratala Siva, who has also written the screenplay and dialogues, the film’s story has been penned by Srihari Nanu. The technical crew of this film comprises of Devi Sri Prasad for music, Ravi K Chandran and TIrru for cinematography and A Sreekar Prasad for editing.
The film is bankrolled by DVV Dhanayya under his banner DVV Entertainments on a huge budget. With the trailer out, fans are now waiting eagerly for the film’s release later this month. From the trailer it is evident that it sure will be a treat for all the film buffs.
