The incident has been reported from Kudapanakunnil English School in Thiruvananthapuram. Reports suggest that the child studying in UKG was talking about dogs while a class was going on, and as punishment, she was put inside the dog's cage with a dog inside it for almost three hours. It is unclear if the dog's cage was inside the school premises or adjacent to it.
