Kerala is reeling under deep financial crisis and subsidized schemes like these should be stooped, he said reported East Coast Daily. He also said that by giving rice at the rate of one Rupee, people will become lazy. At least three Rupees should be charged per kilogram of rice he said.He also said that closing down of bars in the state with keeping the government liquour outlets open was unacceptable.
