A boy from a Karnataka town has got the best results you could probably get in an exam: 625 out of 625.

Ranjan, a student of Poorna Pragna School in Bhadravathi taluk in Shivamogga district, has topped the exam with 100%.

Amare Gowda, prinicipal of the school told The News Minute that they were hardly expecting this.

“We are very happy with how Ranjan has fared. We expected him to top the district at least. But this came as a surprise. The teachers completed the course by November 2015 and we had a series of preparatory exams, which Ranjan fared extremely well,” Gowda said.

The results of the Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) for the Senior School Leaving Certificate (SSLC) were declared on Monday at 3 pm.

Students can access the results from kseeb.kar.nic.in and karresult.nic.in
