Jr NTR’s film Aravinda Sametha which got released on Thursday has crossed the $1 million mark in the US. Directed by Trivikram Srinivas, Aravinda Sametha stars Jr NTR and Pooja Hegde as the lead pair. The film was released across 194 locations in the US. The film has surpassed Ram Charan's Rangasthalam's record in the US.
Jr NTR took it to twitter to thank director Trivikram, cast and crew of the film.

The action-drama received an overwhelming response in India as well. In Telangana, the film has earned over Rs 8 crore and grossed over 60 crores worldwide on its opening day.

The story is set with Rayalaseema factionalism backdrop and is a revenge saga between two families. The film also stars Jagapati Babu, Naga Babu, Eesha Rebba and Sunil in important roles. Jagapathi Babu once again is seen in a grey shade, like many of his recent films, especially Rangasthalam.
The movie is bankrolled by S Radha Krishna under his banner Haarika & Hassine Creations on a big budget. The movie has music by S Thaman composing music, PS Vinod for cinematography and Naveen Nooli and Nithin Mc for editing.
According to sources, Jr NTR will be moving over the SS Rajamouli multi starrer in which he will be sharing the screen space with Ram Charan Teja. The principal shooting of the film will begin by end of November. However, an official confirmation about the same is awaited.
