The News Minute | November 28, 2014 | Incarcerated mining baron G Janardhan Reddy, MLA Suresh Babu and other accused in the illegal ore export from Belekeri port have been given bail by a special CBI court. Reddy however, will still remain in jail.A special CBI court in Bangalore granted bail to 14 accused in the case on Thursday. Kampli MLA Suresh Babu, who has been in jail four months after he was elected to the Assembly, reportedly has a chance of being released on November 28, as he has been granted bail upon furnishing Rs 10 lakh as security and has provided surety to the court.
