Nandamuri Balakrishna and Jagapathi Babu had shared the screen space in Legend a few years ago and there are reports now that they will be working together. Veteran director KS Ravi Kumar is all set to make a film with N Balakrishna and sources in the know say Jagapathi may be roped in to play the baddie.

Jagapathi Babu was last seen in the Malayalam movie Madhura Raja which had Mammootty in the lead role. Madhura Raja was directed by Vyasakh. The technical crew of the film included Gopi Sunder for music, Shaji Kumar for cinematography and John Kutty for editing. The rest of the star cast include Siddique, Aju Varghese, Anna Rajan, Anusree, Nedumudi Venu, Vijayaraghavan, Salim Kumar, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Bala, Bijukuttan and Manikuttan. 

The Tollywood actor has a number of projects in his kitty lined up for release. His next outing in Tollywood will be Maharshi on May 9. Directed by Vamsi Paidapally, Maharshi is a high budget project with a major portion of it being shot in the United States. It is produced jointly by Dil Raju, C. Ashwini Dutt and Prasad V. Potluri under the banners Sri Venkateswara Creations, Vyjayanthi Movies and PVP Cinema. The technical crew of this film includes Devi Sri Prasad as its music composer, K. U. Mohanan as the cinematographer and Praveen KL as the editor.

The star also has Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy needing his attention. The film is being bankrolled by Ram Charan Teja under his home banner Konidela Production Company on a budget of Rs 200 crore and directed by Surendar Reddy. It has a bevy of stars from different film industries including Amitabh Bachchan who will be seen making a guest appearance as Gosayi Venkanna. Apparently, he plays Uyyalalwada Narasimha’s mentor in the film. He also has the Kannada movie Uppi Rupee in his kitty.
