
Intex Elyt e-7 is the latest offering from the Indian tech products company Intex.
This new smartphone from the company has a 5.2-inch display and the company has chosen a single color, gold to release in the device in. It has a stylish metal body and the height, width and thickness of the phone are respectively 140mm, 71.2mm and 7.4mm. The last mentioned appears to be quite reasonable, considering that the phone houses a huge 4020 mAH battery.
For the record, the phone’s display is IPD HD and the resolution 720x1280pixels. The pixel density of 282ppi is moderate by any standards.
A MediaTek MT6737V quad-core SoC powers the Intex Elyt e-7 which has a clocking speed of 1.25 Ghz, which again is decent for a phone with these specifications. The phone comes with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage. A microSD card slot is also provided so that the user can opt to increase the external storage and take it to 128GB.
Android Nougat Version 7.0 is the OS installed on the Intex Elyt E7.
The imaging department has been fitted with a 13MP main camera in the rear with LED flash. The rear camera lens’ aperture size is f/2.2. The front camera is of 5MP and has the same size lens as the rear camera. Intex has taken care of the entire range of connectivity options, including 4G VoLTE. The sensors on board include the proximity sensor, the G-sensor and the sensor for light.
As mentioned, the battery is definitely a highlight at 4020mAH and the company officials claim that the battery is good enough to last a full 15-16 hours of talk time and on the standby mode, it will not demand a recharge till almost a fortnight.
Intex’ latest phone comes with a fingerprint scanner in the rear as well as the speaker grill on the back.
