On his 67th death anniversary this year, here is a video of Mani Bhavan, the place where Gandhiji used to live while he used to visit Bombay from 1917 to 1934. The house is witness to many historic meetings that the Mahatma and other independence struggle leaders had had. In 1955 the house was donated to Gandhi Smarak Nidhi and was converted to a museum. It now houses a library with 50,000 books and many photographs. In a quiet lane in the bustling South Mumbai is this two-storied house which attracts over 500 visitors daily.
