She and her father went looking for the gorilla in the forests of Gabon four months ago.According to a report in The Daily Mail, Tansy Aspinall now 25, says she had last seen the gorilla Djalta when she was 10 years old. That was when they were being sent to a wildlife reserve run by her father Damian Aspinall, who is a conservationist. The photos of an 18-month-old Tansy were made public two years ago, and raised public outcry. However, Tansy says her father never let her or her younger sister Clary near any aggressive gorilla. But although she doesn’t recall the first time she was allowed to play with Djalta, as she was growing up, she and Clary formed a special bond with two gorillas Djalta and Bims who were later sent to the reserve in Gabon from a animal park in the UK.Watch the video of their story here:
