The concept poster of Naga Shaurya’s upcoming film Aswathama is out and garnering the media attention. Releasing the poster, Naga Shaurya wrote on his social media page, “It's out now! #Aswathama concept motion poster. #AswathamaFL @ ira_creations @ Mehreenpirzada @RamanaTeja9.”

The film’s heroine Mehreen Pirzada also shared the poster adding that she hoped the fans like it. Reacting to the poster release, director Nandhini Reddy showed her support with the tweet, “@ iamNagaShaurya 2.0 totally rocking it.”

Aswathama is directed by debutante Ramana Teja and produced by Usha Mulpuri under the banner of Ira Creations. Mehreen Pirzada plays Naga Shaurya’s love interest in it with Sargun Kaur in an important role. The technical crew of this film includes Sricharan Pakala for music and Manoj Reddy for camerawork.
Recently, Naga Shaurya was in the news for the injuries sustained during the shoot of this film. Reports had it that the actor was shooting a high octane stunt sequence without opting for a body double and got hurt. Looks like the star is putting in a lot of effort to play his role well.
Naga Shaurya’s other film in the pipeline is titled Mooga Manasulu. The film will be bankrolled by Sithara Entertainment and directed by debut director Lakshmi Sowjanya. An official word about the film’s star cast and crew should be out soon. Plans are on to release this film for summer next year. While two films are in the making, the muhurat of another Naga Shaurya starrer happened recently. Santhossh Jagarlapudi is wielding the megaphone for this venture. The muhurat was a well-attended event with ace producer Allu Aravind sounding the clapboard first and Dil Raju switching on the camera. Reports are that it is a sports drama but no further details about it are available as of now.
