Fifteen year old boy arrested for trying to rape a second standard girl

The News Minute | November 24, 2014 | 9.21 am ISTA fifteen-year-old boy was arrested in Salem district of Tamil Nadu for attempting to rape a second standard girl.On Friday evening the seven-year-old girl was returning from school when the boy tried to rape her in an abandoned place. He fled from the spot when the girl raised an alarm, Times of India reported.The girl’s parents lodged a complaint with the Omalur police on Saturday and the boy was arrested. "The boy confessed to have tried to rape the girl. We lodged him at a juvenile home in Sakari," a police officer said.
