Fahadh Faasil and director Mahesh Narayanan teamed up for Take Off making it a grand success. They are back together for a new film titled Malik. The film has gone on the floors already with Fahadh Faasil joining the sets in Fort Kochi.
Malik is bankrolled by Anto Joseph under his banner. On the star cast roped in for Malik, we hear that Parvathy and Kunchacko Boban, who had both worked with Fahadh in Take Off, have been assigned important roles. Biju Menon, Vinay Forrt and Nimisha Sajayan have been roped in as well. Malik is expected to hit the marquee next year.
It may be noted that Fahadh Faasil had recently wrapped up the shooting of Trance and it has gone into the post-production mode. Trance is scheduled for release during the Christmas weekend this year.
The director of the film Anwar Rasheed, caught the attention of the movie buffs with the first look poster, which went viral instantaneously. Trance has been scripted by Vadakkan Vincent. Bankrolled by Anwar Rasheed under his banner Anwar Rasheed Entertainments, the film stars Fahadh Faasil in the lead role with Nazriya, Vinayakan, Soubin Shahir, Chemban Vinod, Sreenath Bhasi and Alphonse Puthran also included to the star cast.
Apart from directing and producing the film, Anwar Rasheed is also handling the camera. Jackson Vijayan is composing music for this film with the Oscar winner Resul Pookutty taking care of the sound design. The filmmakers are keeping every detail about the film under the wraps, so to know more, we have to wait until its release. With the first look poster of Trance creating the right impact with the suspense factor in place, fans are eagerly waiting for more news on its storyline.
