Dulquers Oru Yamandan Premakadha is a comedy entertainer

Dulquer Salmaan starrer Oru Yamandan Premakadha went on the floors recently amidst a lot of expectations. Touted to be a comedy entertainer, this Malayalam film has Samyuktha Menon and Nikhila Vimal sharing screen space with Dulquer, besides a host of other actors in pivotal and supporting roles. Debutant BC Noufal is wielding the megaphone for this venture with Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Bibin George penning the script. The film is being bankrolled by Anto Joseph under his banner.

Samyuktha was recently seen in the Tovino film Theevandi. Her Lilly is also scheduled for release this month. Nimisha has won a lot of appreciation for her performance in her maiden film Thondimuthalum Driksakshiyum.

Dulquer, meanwhile, has been busy in multiple industries. He has wrapped up work for the Tamil movie Kannum Kannum Kollaiyadithaal and moved on to the sets of the Bollywood flick, The Zoya Factor, which has Sonam Kapoor playing the lead. The film is based on the novel with the same title penned by Anuja Chauhan.

He also has the Tamil film Vaan, directed by RA Karthik needing his attention besides Oru Yamandan Premakadha. With the shooting underway, sources say that Oru Yamandan Premakadha is scheduled for release next year.

Meanwhile, there is a buzz that Dulquer is in talks to work in his second Telugu film after the massive success of the Savitri biopic Mahanati in which he played the legendary actor Gemini Ganesan. Sources in the know say that a top production house would be bankrolling the film and that it would be a multi starrer with Venkatesh also playing an important role.

It may be noted here that Dulquer has been quick enough to sign projects across different film industries and has been successful as well.

Besides these many movies, he also has another by director Mahesh Narayanan of Take Off fame, in the pipeline.
