According to a report on Vocativ, ISIS plans on unveiling a novel demonstration in Saudi Arabia after Friday prayers this week.
Supporters are being asked to purchase black helium balloons, plant ISIS stickers on them and release them at exactly 3 p.m. local Mecca time. They've also been asked to make a 10 second video of it and upload it with the hashtag #RainInvasion.
Translation of the steps:
Invasion to the land of the holy place—first rain invasion:
1. Be faithful to Allah.
2. Buy the helium balloon.
3. Take a kid with you to buy it.
4. Stick the ISIS logo on it.
5. Release the balloon at the set time.
6. Take a 10-second video of releasing of the balloons.
7. Refrain from action if you are endangered.
The balloons may not be endangering anyone, it’s just the ISIS trying to gain a foothold in Saudi Arabia.
