The News Minute | January 7, 2015 | 09.00 am IST A petition has been filed by DMK General Secretary K Anbazhagan before a special bench of the Karnataka High Court requesting removal of the Special Public Prosecutor Bhavani Singh in the disproportionate assets case involving former TN Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa. Saying that the SPP was “sailing” with the accused and not presenting facts properly, Anbazhagan’s counsel sought his removal, reported PTI. When Justice Kumaraswamy had directed Singh to respond to the petition made by Anbazhagan seeking to intervene as party respondent in the case, he had said that there is no role for Anbazhagan as complainant Subramanian Swamy will present his arguments in the case.  Tweet Follow @thenewsminute Read Both DMK and Subramanian Swamy now want a piece of the Jayalalithaa DA case
