The News Minute | January 4, 2015 | 09.30 am IST DMK general secretary K Anbazhagan has sought permission to assist the prosecution in the disproportionate assets case against former Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu J Jayalalithaa. In an application filed before the special bench, he said that he should be allowed “to intervene as party respondent” so that he could assist the Special Public Prosecutor in the case against Jayalalithaa, reported PTI.
