The newest poster of Darshan’s upcoming film Roberrt was unveiled recently and has gone viral among his fans. On the release of the poster, the film’s director Tharun Sudhir pointed out that every single thing on it has some significance and has challenged fans to decode the poster.

The poster shows the rear view of Darshan riding a bike and several two-wheeler to huge vehicles in the distance coming towards him. The actor is seen wearing a black jacket with the logo of an elephant with what appears to be wings. The number plate of the bike – KA 19 D 8055 (BOSS) – reads DBOSS, the title Darshan’s fans have given him.

Talking about the poster after its release, Tharun Sudhir said in an interview to Cinema Express, “It is a poster that will give the audience some work to do to decode it. It will make them think and go over it layer by layer to understand Darshan’s role in the film.”

Tharun has confirmed that M Chandramouli, one of the dialogue writers of the smash hit film KGF: Chapter 1, will be working with another writer Rajshekar KL to pen the dialogues for Roberrt. Rajshekar is well-known for his work in Amma I Love You and Victory 2.

The shooting for Roberrt began at the Kanteerava Studio in Bengaluru. Sources close to the film unit say that the filmmakers have entered into a non-disclosure agreement with the team members and have banned the usage of mobile phones on the sets to ensure that no pics or videos are leaked unofficially.

When the film was announced, it was revealed that Darshan’s character in it is named Roberrt, but the director put an end to all guesswork and clarified that the character will have nothing to do with the star’s cameo role in Chowka. With the shooting of Roberrt underway, we can expect its release later this year.
