Acclaimed director Boyapati Srinivas is reportedly in talks with two stalwarts of the Telugu film industry – N Balakrishna and Mahesh Babu – to act in his upcoming directorial.
Reports suggest that Mahesh Babu has listened to the storyline but has not given his go-ahead till now. The actor is busy with the release of his upcoming film Spyder, which has been directed by AR Murugadoss. The film is slated to hit the silver screens on September 28 across the globe.
Even before its release, Mahesh Babu has moved over to his next project titled Bharath Ane Nenu. The film went on to the floors in June this year with Koratala Siva donning the director’s robes. The team is reportedly working at a breakneck speed to ensure that it hits the marquee for Sankranti early next year.
Mahesh Babu has his hands full with a slew of films lined up for his attention.
Soon after he is done with Bharath Ane Nenu, the star will be moving over to the Vamsi Paidapally directorial, which will be bankrolled by Dil Raju and Ashwini Dutt. This film is touted to be a complete family entertainer.
Also in the loop is the Mahesh Babu – Tirvikram Srinivas project that is likely to go on to the floors during the latter part of 2018 but before that, both will have to complete their respective assignments.
In the midst of this busy schedule, it needs to be seen if Mahesh Babu can accommodate the Boyapati Srinu – Balakrishna film.
Sources in the trade say that Boyapati has Balakrishna’s dates from June 2018 and will most likely go on the floors with the multi-starrer.
