Dhanush, Nivin, Nani to launch Rakshit Shetty's 'Avane Srimannarayana' trailer

The makers of Rakshit Shetty’s Avane Srimannarayana will be releasing the trailer of the film on Thursday. Directed by Sachin Ravi, this film is bankrolled by Pushkar Mallikarjunaiah and H K Prakash. Charan Raj has been roped in to compose the music for the film with Karam Chawla signed up as the cinematographer while director Sachin will edit the film himself. The film’s story is set in the 1980s in a fictional village. 

Avane Srimannarayana will be releasing in five languages – Kannada, Telugu, Malayalam, Tamil and Hindi and the trailer will be launched by the leading stars in the respective film industries.

The Tamil version will be unveiled by Dhanush while Nani will be launching the Telugu version. Nivin Pauly will be releasing the Malayalam version and Rakshit Shetty will be releasing the Kannada and Hindi versions.

On getting Dhanush to do the honours for him, Rakshit had said in an interview to Cinema Express, “Dhanush, according to me, is an actor known for his versatility, and for the variety of characters and subjects he takes on, I felt he was the best person to launch our film’s trailer.”

Rakshit Shetty revealed that he first got in touch with Nani with the request to launch the trailer and the star readily agreed. Calling Nani a “super sweet person”, Rakshit said he felt that the actor could connect with all types of people which made him want Nani to release the trailer.

On having Nivin to release the trailer for the Malayalam version, Rakshit said, “Nivin is releasing the trailer in Malayalam. Our association goes back to the time he watched my directorial, Ulidavaru Kandante. Since then, he has been a good friend of mine and has always extended support to me. He has been helping me in all ways, right from distribution to the release of Avane Srimannarayana.”
