
The News Minute | September 8, 2014 | 5 pm ISTA Bangalore Sessions Court has granted conditional anticipatory bail to Railway Minister D V Sadananda Gowda’s son Karthik Gowda in a rape and cheating case filed against him by an actor.Bangalore Police had declared Karthik Gowda absconding after he failed to appear before the R T Nagar police for questioning despite being issued two notices. He was also told to appear before the court soon.The court said that the he must appear before the court twice a month, cooperate with the police in the investigation. The court also forbade him from leaving the state, tampering with evidence or intimidation of witnesses.
