The News Minute | September 8, 2014 | 5 pm IST A Bangalore Sessions Court has granted conditional anticipatory bail to Railway Minister D V Sadananda Gowda’s son Karthik Gowda in a rape and cheating case filed against him by an actor. Bangalore Police had declared Karthik Gowda absconding after he failed to appear before the R T Nagar police for questioning despite being issued two notices.  Read: Bangalore court issues arrest warrant for Karthik Gowda, Railway Minister's son After being adjourned twice, the Sessions court on Wednesday granted condition anticipatory bail to Karthik Gowda after the latter furnished a bail bond of Rs 2 lakh and a surety. He was also told to appear before the court soon. The court said that the he must appear before the court twice a month, cooperate with the police in the investigation.
