The News Minute | April 3, 2015 | 10.15 am ISTIn a direct attack on the BJP and its promises of bringing back black money within 100 days, several Karnataka Congress leaders led by the Youth Congress marched to the venue of the BJP’s national executive meeting to hand over a symbolic "black money cheque".Members of the Karnataka Youth Congress marched towards Ashok Hotel in the city with flags and banners of the youth wing, and Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao addressed the gathering. The account number is 420 420 420 420. The number 420 stands for Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, under which cases of cheating are registered.There was steady update on twitter from the twitter handles of the Youth Congress, its president Rizwan Arshad, and the IT cell of the KPCC. The march was led by Youth Congress president Rizwan Arshad, who unsuccessfully contested the Bangalore Central Lok Sabha seat.
