Workafella, a young vibrant arena of doers and thinkers and one of the leading co-working space providers in the country, aims to grow three times its size by the end of 2019. Currently, the Chennai based co-working space provider has 9,000 fully functional operational seats, and 6000 seats in fit out stage in four cities - Chennai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Mumbai. With multiple centers, Workafella has already established a strong footprint in Chennai and Hyderabad. Workafella has functional co-working centers, one each in Bangalore and Mumbai and is also on the lookout to acquire more space in these two cities. Simultaneously, the homegrown co-working brand is also looking to enter other cities such as the New Delhi and NCR. Further to that, the Chennai based co-working space provider is also looking to venture into Tier-2 cities.

The new feather in Workafella’s cap, Hi-Street is all set to be the new landmark in Chennai given that it is located in the heart of the city. Hi-Street will provide its customers with amenities such as tastefully decorated interiors with lighting conducive for great working conditions, 24/7 access with air conditioning, complete IT support, secured network with backup, disaster recovery plan which allows their customers find a seat at any of the available centers in times of an emergency so that work is not hindered, complementary meeting rooms, UPS and generator backup, complete HR suite, financial services with consultation for the companies and their individual employees, and many more on the work front. For patrons to relax and network, Hi-Street will also provide a gym, crèche, social hub, event platform, gaming zone and wellness room to mention a few.

Workafella in Chennai, currently has centers in TTK Road, Nungambakkam, Perengudi and OMR. With the launch of Hi-Street in Teynampet, available seat count in the city will reach 7000 workstations.
