The first look of Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming film, Shailaja Reddy Alludu is out. The star cast includes hero, heroine Anu Emmanuel and veteran actor Ramya Krishnan. Going by the title, it can be inferred that Naga Chaitanya plays Ramya Krishnan’s son-in-law in the film. And the first look, which has Ramya Krishnan looking harshly at the lead pair, makes it evident that she is against the relationship. Perhaps, the story of Shailaja Reddy Alludu is based on this premise.
On releasing the first look, the film’s producers Sithara Entertainments tweeted.

Shailaja Reddy Alludu, written and directed by Dasari Maruthi, is bankrolled by the banner Sithara Entertainments. The film has Ramya Krishnan playing Shailaja Reddy and Naga Chaitanya her Alludu. The star cast also has Vennela Kishore in a pivotal role. The making for Shailaja Reddy Alludu is currently underway and its release date is expected to be announced very soon.
Maruthi’s last film release was Mahanubhavudu, which hit the silver screens last year. Starring Sharwanand and Mehreen Pirzada, the film was a big hit.
Naga Chaitanya’s last release as hero was Yuddham Sharanam and he was seen in a cameo in Mahanati / Nadigayar Thilagam recently.
Besides Shailaja Reddy Alludu, Naga Chaitanya also has Savyasachi in the making which is being directed by Chandoo Mondeti. Both these film are expected to be out later this year.
