The News Minute | January 12, 2015 | 10:00 am ISTA day after late Tollywood music director Chakri's wife, Sravani, approached the local police alleging harassment and torture from her in-laws, a counter complaint has been filed on her by the family members alleging that the music director was poisoned to death by his widow.The Jubilee Hills police in Hyderabad had earlier booked a case against Chakri's mother and eight others after Sravani claimed in her complaint that her in-laws were trying to kick her out of the houseA day later, Chakri's mother Vidyavati lodged a complaint alleging that Sravani and her parents had poisoned her son to death and also claimed that Sravani had called her up a few day's after his death and confessed to the crime.Vidyavati also said that it was Sravani who convinced them not to ask for a postmortem examination after Chakri's death on December 15, 2014.An investigation is ongoing by the police and the allegations of both the sides are being examined.
