Superstar Rajinikanth’s daughter Aishwarya is penning her memoirs as part of her book titled Standing On An Apple Box.
The book is about Aishwarya’s experiences of being the daughter of a superstar and is a personal account which also features moments from her real life.
The rights for the book have been acquired by Harper Collins and will release on Rajinikanth’s birthday this year, on December 12.
Apart from throwing the spotlight on her superstar father, the book will also talk about what it’s like to grow up as a celebrity child and being married to a man (Dhanush) who is equally popular as her father. It was never planned to be made as a book, but was originally written as a diary Aishwarya has been maintaining for five years.
While her second directorial venture Vai Raja Vai may have turned out to be a damp squib, she has already left a mark as a promising director. Aishwarya has completed scripting her third film and plans to release it soon.
