Telangana BJP leader K Laxman is angry that a "daughter-in-law" of Pakistan has been made brand ambassador, states a report by Hindustan Times.Laxman wants the TRS government to re-think their decision. He maintains that Sania Mirza has never taken part in any struggle for Telangana. Sania Miraza, born in Maharashtra, settled in Hyderabad, is married to Pakistan cricket player Shoaib Malik.Earlier this week, chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao appointed Sania as brand ambassador of Telangana and described her as a daughter of Hyderabad.
