Two months after Hyderabad named a road after United States president Donald Trump, the city is set to get south India’s first Trump Towers, a 65-storey luxury residential project in the Kokapet area. The Trump Towers are expected to generate a sales value of between Rs 3500 and Rs 4200 crore.
Touted to be the largest residential project bearing the President’s name in southern India, the Trump Towers will spread across 4 acres of land and will comprise two 65-storey towers with 2.2 million square feet of built-up area. The project is being developed by Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty and will launch in October 2026.
The apartment prices will range between Rs 5 and Rs 18 crore.
“Hyderabad is one of India’s most dynamic and rapidly growing cities, and I am confident that Trump Towers Hyderabad will become one of its most iconic addresses,” Trump Organization executive vice president Eric Trump stated.
The announcement comes less than two months after the Telangana government named the road in the Nanakramguda area as Donald Trump Avenue. The plaque for the avenue was unveiled by US Ambassador to India Sergio Gor and Telangana Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka in June 2026.
The proposal to name a road after Trump was announced ahead of the Telangana Rising Global Summit held in December 2025. The state government has also announced plans to name a greenfield radial road along the proposed Regional Ring Road (RRR) after industrialist Ratan Tata and another prominent stretch as "Google Street" as part of the same initiative.
The decision is part of a broader policy announced by Telangana CM Revanth Reddy to name important roads after globally recognised personalities and companies.
