Written by : TNM

You wouldn’t have missed the “typical homemaker” in the latest Aam Aadmi Party (*cough* Arvind Kejriwal) advertisement, hacking away at a lauki (bitter gourd) while the narrative discusses the apparent opposition to the party in the capital. While the ad itself has been met with criticism over the “crass” projection of its leader, Quint took it a step forward in its latest video.Taking the makers of the advertisement to task over not just the depiction of women in the ad, the video also talks about the efforts in ensuring the advertisements run which is expected to cost Rs. 1.5 crore to the exchequer.
