Watch: DMK MLA Durai Murugan's biting mockery of Modi, OPS and EPS

As the AIADMK stands on the verge of a merger, the rival DMK is not letting go of any opportunity to take potshots at the twists and turns in the ruling party’s drama.

The DMK is not sparing the BJP either, which has also been accused of orchestrating the drama in the AIADMK.

Speaking to the Puthiya Thaimurai news channel, DMK MLA Durai Murugan – known for his sharp tongue – captured what he believes is the "behind the scenes" situation of the AIADMK.

Imitating PM Narendra Modi and the two AIADMK leaders who rebelled against the Sasikala faction – CM Edappadi Palanisamy and O Panneerselvam – Durai Murugan delivered quite a performance.

Asked about the Centre's role in the mystery surrounding Jayalalithaa's death, Durai Murugan alleged that the BJP government was not interested in investigating it, because a pliant AIADMK government was beneficial to them.

He then mimicked OPS going to Narendra Modi, bowing before him, and saying, "Modiji, I am very good. Edappadi bad. Good, bad."

He then transformed into a smiling Modi who says, "Acha, bahuth acha... jao, jao!" and pats OPS on his back.

The next act was the Edappadi one: Durai Murugan imitated EPS bowing to Modi and saying, "I am very good, believe me. Don't believe... (OPS)". Modi gives him the same response, an "Acha", and a pat on the back.

Durai Murugan concluded that Modi would probably be thinking to himself, "We've got two good slaves from Tamil Nadu!".
