With no clear word on the possibility of holding the event an dust three days left for the annual event, traders and residents are upset that there is no clarity, reported The New Indian Express. Usually, around 700 bulls with an equal number of tamers are seen in actions every year during the event each year, according to the P Karthigai Rajan, former secretary of Palamedu Grama Podhu Mahalingaswamy Madathu Committee which organises the sport in the village every year. This year too, around 50 bulls maintained by villagers have been trained.
