Techie fills house with gas, to kill unconscious mother

The News Minute | February 16, 2015 | 08.40 am ISTA 26 year-old IT professional has been arrested in Chennai for allegedly attempting to murder this mother using leaked gas. According to police, the mother, S Lakshmi complained that her son Madhan Raj had assaulted and left her unconscious in her house, reported The New Indian Express. She also complained that he had intentionally left the gas knobs open to allow the gas to leak, she said . The relationship between mother and son had soured after he had married a woman against her wishes. Over constant quarrels between the mother and son, the wife soon separated from him said the police.
