Sycophancy unlimited: Jayalalithaa loyalist attempts self-crucification

The News Minute | February 23, 2015 | 02.20 pm ISTShihan Hussaini, a Chennai-based karate expert and Jayalalithaa loyalist has been part of what he terms the ‘world’s first ever self crucification’.Conducted in Chennai on Monday morning, Hussaini had both his hands and feet nailed to a wooden cross for 6 minutes and 7 seconds. According to him, it was labelled a self crucification as the first nail was to be hammered on his left palm by himself. The 46 year-old Hussaini was earlier in the eye of controversy after he drew a picture of former Sri Lankan President Mahinde Rajapakse using pig’s blood. Wearing a tshirt sporting the words ‘Amma’, Hussaini conducted the event in celebration of former TN Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa’s upcoming birthday.According to ANI, Hussaini had even demanded that she be made Chief Minister again.
