PMK releases manifesto, focuses on prohibition of liquor in TN

Followed by PMK’s allegations that DMK had “copy pasted” their manifesto, PMK has finally launched their manifesto and promises prohibition of liquor in Tamil Nadu.

The manifesto also focuses on continuing the bull taming sport Jallikattu in the state.

 PMK’s manifesto also includes benefits for farmers. It talks about waiving-off farm loans from public sector banks, setting up of irrigation system worth Rs. 50,000 crore, pension for agricultural farmers and special laws to protect farmlands and water bodies.

PMK has included Lok Ayukta against corruption and free health care for everyone in the manifesto. The manifesto also includes E-governance, E-books from Class VI, cabinet meeting in one district every month, waivering of educational loans from public sector banks and live telecast of assembly proceedings.
