The News Minute | December 8, 2014 | 9:20 am ISTFifty thousand volunteers came together in Chennai to break the world record for the latest human flag. The record previously held by Pakistan now saw 1.5 lakh volunteers turn up for the occasion of which 50,000 of them formed the Indian tri-color, reported PTI.The previous record was held by the Sports Club of Lahore with 28,957 people making the flag formation, said the report. An Imgur user uploaded this picture of the formation.
