Written by : TNM Staff

Former Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (DMK) party leader and older brother of MK Stalin, MK Alagiri has said that Stalin's recent campaign 'Namakku Naame Vidiyal Meetpu Payanam (we for ourselves, journey to retrieve dawn)' is like a comedy programme.

He also added that as since he was not in politics anymore, he was not concerned about which party was stronger.

Alagiri was removed from the party last year on March 25 after his criticism about the party and its leaders.

However, Stalin’s campaign started on September 20 in Kanyakumari district and aims to cover 234 assembly constituencies in the state. Through this campaign Stalin’s wants to reach out to the masses ahead of the Assembly polls in Tamil Nadu.
