AIADMK should clarify why they are not hard on Jihadi forces: BJP Gen Secy

National General Secretary of the BJP P Murlidhar Rao on Monday attacked the current government led by CM J Jayalalithaa saying the party was the only ‘real’ opposition in the state.

He accused Jayalalithaa of being inaccessible to the common people.

Rao’s statement comes after Union Power Minister Piyush Goyal said that the Jayalalithaa government was the least accessible state government. “Tamil Nadu is a State within a State, a part of the country where I cannot reach out to the Chief Minister,” he said on Sunday.

Rao also criticized MDMK leader Vaiko who recently said that the BJP wanted to lure DMDK leader Vijaykanth with ‘crores of rupees’.

Rao continued to accuse the current government of not combating anti-national and Jihadi forces in fear. He said many BJP leaders were killed due to the state government’s inaction.

In the following series of tweets, he went on to say that even police officers were not keen to be posted in sensitive areas, requesting for safe area postings.

He further harped on the inaccessible issue
