Adulterated Aavin passed tests before usage

According to Times of India, the trucks carrying the milk cleared all checks, something that couldnt have been done without some help. After the adulteration, more tests have been added to the existing tests. The firm that diverted and adulterated milk from Aavin handled logistics for 54 insulated tankers with milk to Chennai every day, said the report.The Madras High Court has not lifted its ban on the milk carrying tankers handled by the wife of a a man arrested recently, said PTI. On August 19, two vans carrying milk were checked to reveal that the milk had been stolen from a atanker carrying milk to a dairy near Chennai. Milk in the tanker had been adulterated to compensate the robbery, said the report.
