The process of traditional Chinese noodle-making is often considered a dying art form. It not only needs skills and hard work, but also a lot of patience. 

But there's an undeniable beauty and elegance to the process, and a video uploaded by Facebook user Phan Chi Tam perfectly captures the grace of this long and laborious process. From kneading the dough to twirling and stretching the dough to drying the noodles, the perfect noodle demands many intricate and meticulous steps. All done by hand, sans any machine.
